Troubleshoot Arlo Camera Keeps Going Offline Issue 

Look at the below steps to troubleshoot the Arlo Camera keeps going offline issue:

Step 1: The first step is to check the camera connectivity. For this, you have to place the Arlo camera a maximum of 90 meters away from the base station. If you put it far away from the base station, you might face issues.

Step 2: There may be the possibility that the Arlo camera might face WiFi congestion and goes offline. So, you need to ensure that the area where you place the camera is covered by WiFi and has stable internet signals. 

Step 3: Make sure that the Arlo base station is online. For this, you have to check the power and internet LED light. It should be solid green.

Step 4: Ensure that the Arlo camera is synced to the base station. For this, check the last recording. If the recently recorded video on camera was of a long time ago, then there may be the possibility that the camera might not be synced to the base station. To fix this, you have to resync the camera to the base station. 

Step 5: If your Arlo camera shows offline after switching to a new router or modified to the internet network, press and release the sync button on the Arlo base station or Arlo SmartHub. Thereafter, the internet LED light blinks for 10 seconds, and then the Arlo camera should come back online. 

Step 6: Disconnect the Arlo camera from the power source and plug it again after waiting for some time. 

Step 7: Place the Arlo Camera nearer to the base station and power cycle it by opening and closing the battery compartments. 

Step 8: Reboot your system through the power cycling method. For this, you have to unplug the power adapter from the power socket. After waiting some time, replug your device again to the power source. If you see the power green LED light on the base station, it means that the Arlo is successfully connected to the internet. 

Step 9: Reset the Arlo device to the factory default setting. To do this, press and hold the reset button located behind the base station. 

Step 10: Sign in again into the Arlo device because there may be a possibility that you are signed out from your account due to the factory default.
