For Android Devices:

  • Firstly, open the Google Play Store and then search for the Arlo app.
  • Once you find it, tap on it.
  • When the Arlo page displays on the screen then click on the Uninstall button.
  • Now, wait for some time to finish the uninstallation.
  • Click on the install button to install the app again. 

 

For iOS Devices

  • Search for the Arlo app on your iPhone.
  • Press the app for a long time until you will see it shake.
  • Click on the X button. 
  • Launch the App Store and then download the Arlo app.
  • Next, connect the app to the base station. 

 

Method 2: Reset the Base Station

  • Firstly, you have to ensure that the Arlo base station is turned on. 
  • Take a pin or paperclip and press the reset button using it. Hold the button for about 10-12 seconds.
  • When the reset is completed then the LED light will start flashing amber on the base station which means that the base station is rebooting.
  • Turn on the internet and the power LED light starts blinking green. 
  • Open the Arlo app and then log in into your account.
  • Click on the New System setup button and follow the instructions displayed on the screen.
